Balizer - the only florist in Israel that fully complies with the Business Trust Code

Public Trust is a nonprofit organization that promotes fair and trusted business conduct in Israel. Public Trust has composed a Business Trust Code of Ethics which defines how business should operate to achieve fairness, integrity and trusted business marketplace.

One of the areas that lacks transparencies and fairness is the online virtual flowers shops marketplace. It is common that online flower shops display pictures for "illustration only" without details about the number of flowers in each bouquet and it size. To establish a transparent and fair marketplace Public Trust has published the following guidelines for trusted virtual online flower shop:

1.  Authentic picture - each bouquet's or flowers arrangement's description should include an authentic picture.

2.  Quantity specification - each bouquet's or flowers arrangement's description should specify the number of flowers of each kind which are included in the product.

3.  Size details - each bouquet's or flowers arrangement's description should specify its dimensions (height and width/diameter).

4.  Full cost disclosure - all additional (handling and shipping) fees should be disclosed during the product selection, so the customer knows the full cost ahead of the checkout stage.

5.  Cancellation policy - the online flowers shop is required to clearly and explicitly display its cancellation policy.

6.  Credit Card security - the online shop shall ask for credit card details only for a PCI DSS secured online payment.

7.  Order confirmation - following the completion of an order placement, the online shop is required to provide a detailed order form with the list of the purchased items their prices and full business contact information.

To conclude, Balizer is the only florist in Israel that fully complies with the Business Trust Code as well as we accept international credit cards.
