  • We provide a full specification (quantity and type of flowers) for each bouquet in all its sizes. BaLiZer believes that fair trade requires full transparency.
  • We provide a high quality large pictures of each bouquet in all its sizes in order to enable the customers to see exactly what they are buying.
  • For every bouquet we provide an explanation about the sentiment that it conveys (romantic, love, get well, etc.). Our search tool enables to find bouquets by their sentiments.
  • We send a delivery notification with a picture of the person getting the flowers. (We send the picture to your mobile WhatsApp application).

What is the quality and how fresh are BaLiZer's flowers?

BaLiZer Flower Delivery Israel purchases the flowers from the leading Israeli wholesalers and flower growers. Our flowers move straight from wholesalers and growers to the customer so they have longer shelf life.

How do I get a delivery notification?
Following the delivery we send a photo of the recipient with the flowers or plant to the customer's WhatsApp or an SMS text message. For that reason, it is important that the customer provides his mobile phone number (country code+city/area code+mobile number).

What is the delivery time?
Same Day order is delivered in the afternoon / evening. Orders that have been placed in advance are deliver in the morning / noon time. Urgent Delivery (if this option is available onsite and it cost an extra charge) is within 3 hours. BaLiZer Flower Delivery Israel encourage placing orders in advance (before 14:00 p.m. of the previous business day) which enable to provide a better quality of service.

What if the recipient is not at home?
In this case, the courier  would leave in the front door a note with details of the shipment, which will indicate whether it was left with a neighbor or returned to the store (with a phone number for inquiries.)

Can I get an invoice? Do prices include VAT?
Certainly, for every purchase tax invoice is issued. If you would like to get an invoice, please leave a note in the "Comments" field in the Checkout page and add the company name and address in the Billing Address details. All prices include Israeli VAT.

What happens if the product I have ordered is out of stock?
In the case of an order of a bouquet and/or a flower arrangement, we will replace the out of stock flower/greenery items with a substitute so that the overall impression, color and price will be as close as possible to the original order. For other products we will call back with an alternative proposal.

What is the recommended procedure when entering BaLiZer Flower Delivery Israel site?

  • Click on the flag in the top header to set the language of choice.
  • Insert the shipping destination (city name) in the center box which is displayed in the header. (It will indicate if that location is in our service zone).
  • Login in the green box (on the right column above the search box). When you login you can use stored addresses from your Address Book.


Which communities are included in BaLiZer's
service zone?
BaLiZer provides its service in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area and we plan to expand to other areas too. At current stage the distribution zone includes the following communities: Or Yehuda, Azor, Bat Yam, Beit Dagan, Bnei Brak, Givat Shmuel, Givatayim, Ganey Tikva, Gat Rimon,  Hod Hasharon, Herzliya, Holon, Yehud, Yafo, Kfar Azar, Kfar Saba, Kfar Ma'as, Kfar Sirkin, Mishmar HaShiva, Neve Monosson, Neve Yarak, Savyon, Petah Tikva, Kiryat Ono, Kiryat Krinitzi, Ramat Efal, Ramat Gan, Ramat Hasharon, Ramat Pinkas, Raanana, Rishon LeZion, Tel Aviv, Tel Hashomer. We have a flat 25 ₪ (ILS) delivery fee.

Is it possible to "self collect"?
BaLiZer has distribution centers in most municipalities in the Tel Aviv metropolitan area however, due to COVID-19 restrictions we delivers the flowers in buckets with water by air-conditioned car to the addressee's location. The distribution centers also don't have flowers on display.

Which credit cards BaLiZer accepts?
Balizer accepts Israeli and International credit cards which includes Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Eurocard. Balizer does not accept Dinners Club cards.
